Under the special "BNC / Franchise en base de TVA" tax regime, VAT is not applicable according to Article 293b of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The Site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of the order shall be the only one applicable. ​ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS Every order will be confirmed via a systematic confirmation email. Contractual information will be further confirmed at the latest upon delivery of the artwork. ​ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION By validating your order, you declare that you accept the order and the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. ​ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY The artworks presented on the Site are available for purchase. Shipping will be initiated upon receipt of full payment. ​ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY Delivery within Metropolitan France is carried out via postal services. You also have the option to collect your order directly from the atelier (by appointment only, via e-mail). ​ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT Payment for your purchases can be made by check (upon request), PayPal, or bank transfer. The artwork will only be shipped once the payment has been fully cleared by the banking institution. ​ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any artwork that does not meet your expectations. Shipping and return costs shall remain at your expense. Only the price of the purchased artwork will be refunded. This right of return applies only to complete artworks in their original condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Artworks returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled under the customer's responsibility will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days following the receipt and inspection of the artwork. ​ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All texts, comments, and images featured on this Site are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, or distortion of all or part of the content, whether for free or for a fee, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the author. ​ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY The artworks offered comply with current French legislation. The author cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the artworks are delivered. It is your responsibility to verify with local authorities any potential restrictions regarding the importation or use of the artworks you intend to order. ​ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French language shall be the reference for the interpretation of these terms. ​ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENTS TO TERMS The author reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of use and sale at any time.
