Shipping will be initiated upon receipt of full payment. ​ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY Delivery within Metropolitan France is carried out via postal services. You also have the option to collect your order directly from the atelier (by appointment only, via e-mail). ​ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT Payment for your purchases can be made by check (upon request), PayPal, or bank transfer. The artwork will only be shipped once the payment has been fully cleared by the banking institution. ​ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any artwork that does not meet your expectations. Shipping and return costs shall remain at your expense. Only the price of the purchased artwork will be refunded. This right of return applies only to complete artworks in their original condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Artworks returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled under the customer's responsibility will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days following the receipt and inspection of the artwork. ​ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All texts, comments, and images featured on this Site are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
